Plat Maps

You can view subdivision plats using our Interactive Map:

1. Locate the property using the Property Search tool.
2. Click/Select the target property from the search results list.
3. On the property details page, click the “View Map” drop-down menu at the top-right and select “Interactive Map”.
4. Once the map opens, click/select the target property on the map.
5. You should see a property details pop-up window with a “Click Here to Download Plat” link.

You can also view the original plats on the Collin County Clerk’s website:

1. Visit the Collin County Clerk’s office records search at: https://collin.tx.publicsearch.us
2. Change the department from “Property Records” to “Plats”.
3. Type the name of the subdivision in the search box and click the search button.
4. Click/select the target subdivision in the search results and you should be presented with the plat map.
