What is required to request a Change of Address (COA) for a property owned by a Business, Company, or LLC?

The COA form needs to be signed by a person’s name listed on the Comptroller’s website https://mycpa.cpa.state.tx.us.    If the property is not listed on the Comptroller website, a Management Agreement is needed. This management agreement needs to be signed by the owner of the property and the management company.
