The 2024 Appraisal Notices for Real Property were mailed on April 15, 2024 with a Protest Deadline of May 15, 2024. Collin CAD strongly encourages property owners to utilize the Online Appeals eFile System for the most efficient way of filing your protest and initiating a review of your appraisal by the appraiser.
